Privacy

Short version: we count visits with Google Analytics, our buy links are Amazon affiliate links, and we never sell personal data.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people read and which "Check price" links they click. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address, browser and device details, and the pages you visit. We only look at totals; we don't try to identify anyone. Google's own policy covers how it handles that data: How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can block it with a content blocker or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and the site works the same.

Affiliate links

As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. “Check price” links go to Amazon with our tag (bestlocalairi-20); buying through them costs you nothing extra and never changes rankings. When you click one, you're on Amazon's site and under Amazon's privacy notice. Amazon may set cookies so the purchase is credited to us. Amazon doesn't tell us who you are or what you bought, only totals.

Email alerts

If you sign up for price alerts, your email address is stored by our email provider, Kit, and used only to send those alerts. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (like IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site.

What we don't do

We don't sell, rent or trade personal data. We don't run ad networks. We don't ask you to create an account.
